We want all guests to experience everything La Fabrica has to offer! To ensure we can accommodate as many guests as possible, we ask that you adhere to the following dining limits:
1.5 hours for parties of 2-4 people
2 hours for parties of 6+
any more than 12 people is a large event
We look forward to hosting you and your party! Once arriving, we ask that at least half of your group is present before being seated.
Running late? We will happily hold your table for 15 minutes past your reservation time. If your party arrives beyond the 15-minute time slot we will do our best to accommodate if possible. If there are no available tables, we will add you to the waitlist.
For parties of 6 or more, we ask that you provide us with a credit card to confirm the reservation. Please provide 24-hour notice on reservation cancellations. Cancellations within 24-hours of the reservation time, or no-shows, will be charged $5 per person in the party.
La Fabrica is known for our spectacular Latin Caribbean cuisine - don't just take our word for it! Unless visiting the bar, dining is required while seated on our indoor dining room or patio.
You can expect superior customer service every time you visit La Fabrica! Our team is dedicated to providing a high-quality dining experience for all guests. For parties of 6 or more, we will add 20% gratuity to your bill.
When it comes to payment, we are unable to split checks more than 3 ways.
Reservations for our patio are weather-dependent. In the case of adverse weather, we will do our best to accommodate your party indoors. If our dining room is fully booked, we will contact you to cancel and/or reschedule your reservation.
Let's celebrate! We have several delectable desserts on our menu, but if you choose to bring your own cake and/or dessert, we will charge a $25 cake and plating fee.
