Welcome to La Fabrica! Experience the exceptional Latin Caribbean cuisine that La Fabrica is famous for - but don't just take our word for it! We want all our guests to experience everything our restaurant has to offer. To ensure we can accommodate as many guests as possible in our intimate dining room, please adhere to the following dining limits:
1.5 hours for parties of 2-4 people
2.5 hours for parties of 6 or more
Arrival
Upon arrival, we request that at least half of your group is present before seating.
(Please note that dining is required while seated in our dining room or patio)
Running Late?
No worries! We'll hold your table for 15 minutes past your reservation time. If your party arrives beyond this window, we'll do our best to accommodate you. If no tables are available, we'll add you to the waitlist.
Large Groups
For large reservations of 8 or more guests, we encourage you to contact us at info@lafabricacentral.com
(For parties of 6 or more, a 20% gratuity will be included in the bill)
Cancellations
Please provide 72 hours advance notice for cancellations. Cancellations made after the deadline or no-shows will incur a $25 cancellation fee per person.
Special Occasion
We offer a variety of delectable desserts on our menu to celebrate your special occasion. However, a $25 cake and plating fee will be applied if you bring your cake or dessert.
Patio
Reservations for our patio are weather-dependent. In the case of adverse weather, we will do our best to accommodate your party indoors. If our dining room is fully booked, we will contact you to reschedule your reservation.
Dress Code
While we do not have a dress code for the restaurant, we encourage you to dress to impress if you plan to visit the nightclub afterward. Please note that hats are not permitted. Thank you!
